Default convrter advice needed...PLZZZ

I have a 12:1 408 in my heavy ass TransAm. it has a th350 with a TCI 4000 stall. NA it does OK but on spray I believe it's blowing through it. what would be a good step in the right direction? it I'm looking for mid 9s
here's a little rundown
99 TA
12:1 408
9" w/4.10s
th350/4000 tci
200-250 shot

I like Neal Chance. You will definately have to go to a tighter converter with a stall of around 32-3400 with that big of a shot.
I would call Neal Chance-they spent ALOT of time with me on the phone to help decide what would work best. They ask a ton of questions so there is no guesswork.
On my old 408 I took off 8 hundreths off my 60' alone just by switching converters.
Can't hurt to call.

+1 on a Chance converter. Marty is a great guy to talk to.
I would think you would be running out of gear on the top end with 4.10's on spray with a th350.
