Ed,

nice projects!

I can definately appreciate something different.
see my sig.

Working with what ya got, on a budget that's what hot rodding is all about.

Now, is that an aircraft runway you filmed those vids at? I would kill to have one pass down that thing. Pure freedom.

Oh and those Corvette Speedline Magnesium wheels, what'd you do with them?

Keep wrenchin'

Wow taking two harnesses and making one is a time consuming process

That's a great project you have. You apparently got some serious Dealage on those parts you listed. More power to you.

Yeah I finally got a ship date for the military. July 1st. So I am thinking as soon as my parts for my other project get here. And since money is tight at the moment I may put something together to just get it running.

Well A little update. I was debating selling the car 6 speed etc. Since I am not sure if I will have the cash before i leave for the army to get it running. I was lacking a few parts for my 454. But now I may be able to swing it. So I am going to update first post.

So now I plan on using a vortec 8100 (since I already have 2 complete motors) and modify the intake to fit under the hood. I was wanting to use the LS1 pcm etc but after looking into tuning software etc I could buy 2 megasquirt efi setups for the price of decent tuning software. So i sold the ls1 pcm wiring etc. I also purchased 2 of them ls1 msd ignition set ups. Since my truck and my car will pretty much have the same motor in them and the same efi and igniton setup

I'm guessing it should stop pretty well. Messing with harnesses sucks. Did you see the giant pile of wires I have sitting in my garage?
