wow i cut a ton out compared to yours but is it hard to get to your distrubutor?

Jelly257: My cowl looks like yours does as well. I had originally cut something like LS135th's did but it was way to hard to reach everything. I test fit the motor and I knew right away most of it had to go. Did you chop the cowl all the way to the 90 degree bend into the fire wall?
Can you pull the distributor with the engine in the car?

yea i cut it to the 90 bend i have not tryed to pull the distributor out but i think it will there is alot of rom back there now

does any in cali know someone who does header work or sell a header that will fit my car beside leomns header i really dont want to speand 1500 on a set of header. thats my cage money right there

Try a set of Hooker 2455's. May take a liitle rework, but they'll get you close.

started on the fuel system to day got the fuel tank out of the car and put my fittings in for the fuel line here pics
put -8an fitting in sould be good. ill post more when i finnsh the rest of the fuel system

They fill up the wheel well nicley. What size are they? Did you have to chop the bumper or quarter at all?

28 12.5 16 zr1 rims with 1/4 inch spacer. no only mod was little bit of hammering to back side of fender well and removed bump stop

yes u can get to the distributor.
I got the thing started up tonight about an hour ago. Almost done. Now its off to get caged. then you'll see it on the streets in the 805
all have the start up vid and finnish engine and wiring pic some time this week

Any advantage to using a motor plate? I see you used the mounts on the k member. Looks awesome I'm starting mine soon, did you use a manual steering rack and pinion?
