Default 454 TBI Vortec conversion

Instead of rebuilding the factory 454 TBI heads i think it would be better to swap out to a set of used Vortec heads. I know that GM performace makes a intake to mount up to the 305 and 350 but i could not find one for the BBC. So unless there is one i cant find i think i am stuck with using a TBI to Carb spacer.
My question with the vortec heads on a 90 TBI 454 BB what would be the best intake manifold to run for torque and low-mid range power. Keep in mind this would need to be a carb manifold for vortec heads.

Edelbrock Performer...if the camshaft isnt stock use a Performer RPM or Air Gap.
