Has anyone posted this up on the Texas section or the Arkansas thread ? It would be great to get a big turn out and see alot of old friends at the track again.

Wayne, you think we could get enough for a little bracket race, going? My tranny took a dump, so I've got a fresh tranny and converter, done a little here and there, looking to get back to the track.
We have a group of us meeting at Smokey Joes in Texarkana for some grub and then we will be caravaning down there. Guessing we will hit the gates around 8 or so.
Anyone in the area is more than welcome to come eat with us and make the drive down!

Bob I will talk to Sam and see if he will go for a little bracket race, maybe we could get a little pot together or just a trophy for a bracket and heads-up race. 1st Annual LS1tech Ark-La-Tex Reunion trophy for bracket and one for heads-up plus a long haul trophy may get the old gang back out to the track.

Phil and I will be heading up to Crandall Oct. 9, for the HOSSFEST shootout. We should have at least two eight second Impalas out, one from Vegas, and one from Georgia. Should be fun!
I will try and bring my TTIX Z06 down. I was recently told that thunder valley pretty strict on safty rules is that right? I should go into the 9's if the track is good.

The track has been good. If you run 9's they are going to give you a good look for safety. With alot of the guys like you they ask to lift early, but I really can't say what could happen.

I'll be there one way or another. If the car is together I'll race it. If not I'll hang out. If I'm racing, I would prefer test and tune, because I want to make a bunch of passes.
