I'm going Saturday for sure to bracket race. If I have enough money I'll drive up with a buddy, maybe I'll have enough for gas, nitrous, and entry

I saw your run that Vette a couple times, that thing sure does MPH damn good. 130mph in the 1000ft is moving.

I ran all motor since the track sold all the damn nitrous and ended up borrowing a buddies for two passes. It blew the damn tires off with the 100 shot so I said F***k it and went back to all motor .

Got some pretty good times running all motor again today.

60'-1.586
330'4.588
1/8-7.162
MPH-95.82

No 1000ft ET's on saturday nights, but I did get down to 7 cars tonight in No/E.

Hell yeah man. I had a blast. First time to run at that track. I wish you would have come over man. I ran a best of
1.66 60ft
6.92 1/8th
106 mph
8.83 1000ft
130.32 mph
I worked on take off most of the night. Finally went back to what I knew worked. 4500rpm sliding the clutch out slow. Auto in my car would be alot better. This is on low boost of 9psi. This is a brand new setup that I had at the track the weekend before with one pass before I broke an axle. I may come back down Friday night if you guys want to again.

I know whatever you have done that bitch is moving out. I went back saturday to bracket race and bump my tire pressure up to about 18lbs and it seemed to help a lot. Yeah man I can make it back Friday again I'll have to swing by and talk to you this time.

Maybe I can get mine to actually run with the nitrous . If you can make it back down just let me know.

Bumping it back up, little over a week to go. As much as the track has been rained out recently we really should have a good showing!

Hey guys I have a friend that is talking to the Prescott track about an EFI race. 1 time a month same night as Outlaw race. Basically what the class will be is late model EFI. 1 power adder, slicks, factory pcm. We have a class like this at Centerville which is close to me. It is very fun class. This is basically the rules may require overdrive trans to make it a fair class. Basically this class is made to let real street cars have a class to run in. Let me know if you are interested.

EFI 1000' effective 08
LATE MODEL CARS ORIGINALLY EQUIPPED WITH EFI
LIMITED TO STOCK STYLE EFI UNITS AFTERMARKET UPGRADES ALLOWED
ENGINE SWAPS LIMITED TO ENGINE SERIES THAT WERE AVAILABLE IN THAT PARTICULAR BODY STYLE
BOLT ON SUSPENSION MODS ONLY* ANY TIRE * ANY POWER ADDER

I'll be there. I have some friends that work at the credit union by my house that are planning on coming to race for the first time ever. Should be about 5-6 of them. Nothing fast but they are new to the sport. I'll be there racing something.

Sorry I'm not gonna make it. I'll be at Prescott bracket racing trying to bring home some more money, hope you guys have fun .

I don't think it would do me any good going back to thunderroad. Last time I went out I ran an a 11.58 with a 1.90 60ft. Go to Prescott and run a 6.96 with a 1.52.

Awesome, lets hope the weather holds up

And Im sorry, but I gotta throw this out there with all the talk of Prescott. I know everyone likes the track and thats great. But 1/8 and 1000ft sucks balls. Just wanted to state that for the record

Eh, thats ok. 1/8th mile is just easier on parts and what most bracket guys prefer .

I love running 4 seconds in the 1/8th mile and the split second decisions of whether or not to tap the brake or what.

If you can't get a good track prep the 1/8 mile, 1000ft and 1/4 mile sucks. I would rather leave with the wheels in the air myself.
