Default Please help with build info

I know this is a tough subject especially when it involves an interior question. I was at the LSX shootout and many people said that my car might be on the rare side because they have never seen the combo my car has. So my questions are as follows.

1) How many SOM WS6's were built in 2002?

2) Most people said my car might be on the rare side because I have tan interior....so how many of the ones built in 02 came with tan interior

3) To break it down even further my car doesn't have traction control

I just want to know this info before I take the modding to far on a rare car. I would rather go buy another toy and mod it than screw up a rare car. Thanks.

TTT. OK maybe no one knows the answers to these questions or my search skills are not very good and again the answer is out there I just can't find it. So does anyone know where I can start to find these sort of answers? I dont even know where to begin. Does anyone know how I start..do I need to call GM somehow or are there other organizations that knows this sort of information. Any help you can give would be great. I am the sort of person that doesn't leave anything stock, but at the same time have great respect for low production show room stock vehicles...so if that is what I have I want to make sure I do not change that. If it isn't very low production then let the modding continue.

Everyone get all hung up on my car is one of one with this option combo, thats a bunch of BS. Your color is rare I think they made a total of about 1000 or so in 2002 in SOM. I saw numbers posted a while ago, tan was the less common interior. The cars that are going to be worth money are the high optioned rare desired color cars in the best shape...

No where near 1000 Sunset oranger cars were built in 2002
I don't know the exact # but I know that there weren't that many built

My 2001 is 1 of 195 6-speed cars.
Its a WS6 though

Yes actually there were 71U S.O.M. 1,208 3.9% cars built in 02..http://www.f-bodyhideout.com/build_c...2_firebird.htm

There were a total of 525 SOM WS6 built in 2002. I couldn't find it broken down any further for the int color....

The only way to break it down is by coupe/vert & A4/M6. No detailed records were kept regaurding interior color or options break down. I can tell you there were 303 M6 Coupes made, and tan int was deffiently rarer than ebony...but also less desirable by must people (so not worth a premium to most people.)

Thats good news for me because everyone and their brother wants an SOM car and as far as options go there weren't many on top of the WS6 package, I think traction control and a six disc changer were the other two main options and I didn't get either. I am not all wrapped up in the fact that my car might be on the rare side I just dont want to ruin a good thing.

According to that data only 7.3% of the total production had the tan interior so I can assume not to many SOM WS6's with a 6 speed and tan interior.
