Never heard of it . . . Looks like a 100% Black Bird knock off . . .

A 1999 WS6 "upfitted" in 2008 by GMMG . . . big whip . . .

Look at the "purchase" and "upgrade" Photos in his album:

http://www.flickr.com/photos/3237535...69040388/show/

Bought the car for $31,229, in 1999 . . . in 2008 added $4,350 in upgrades (after discounts) . . . That comes to $35,579 paid . . . ASking $75,000 . . . that is a $39,421 profit!!!! More than 100% paid . . . LOL . . .

Car is just a "tuner" upgraded car . . . just like taking it to Callaway, Lingenfelter, etc . . .

Very nice car...35th LE's & Ceta T/A's came out of SLP. The PE's meaning performance edition came out of GMMG. GMMG had diff. packages from 385hp up to the ZL1 600hp C5R costing $98,000. The only reason it's 1 of 1 is somebody had it made up. Like above $75k for these cars is go'n to be a tuff sell with all the new model high hp cars com'n out.

Not try'n to take anything away from these cars they're all fantastic machines.

Kind of prophetic with those pics in front of an out of biz poncho dealer.

He's about 40k high on that 1 of 1

I would consider half that for my CETA BlackBird number 10 of 10, convertible with less than 900 miles.

That car was on ebay earlier this year. A Pontiac dealer was selling it. I believe the buy-it-now price was $28k, but could be slightly off.

Possibly. Is $37,5 too cheap? I need to look at receipts don't I.

Default What is this?

Just curious.........

It's not a Blackbird.
BB's were built in 2001 & 2002.

Did someone send a WS6 Convert to GMMG for conversion?
If so, when was the upgrade?

I need to research this more. I own 3 GMMG cars.............

The Bobby Labonte BB is @ www.daytonapacecars.com

It's a 1999 WS6 sent to GMMG in 2008 for an upgrade . . . the paperwrok in his photo album shows it.

More a "tuner" car in lieu of the "dealer modified" like the Berger's, Blackbirds, Intimidators, ZL1's Hot Rods or the Tom Henry's . . .

I thought you couldn't send a car to GMMG (like Callaway, Lingenfelter, etc)? I thought you could only buy cars ordered through dealers (Carl Black, Berger, etc.). Can you shed some light please.... thanks.

Your right, when Matt started all the things with GMMG, he said that he would not do off the street cars . . . Cars HAD to be purcahsed from a "supplying" dealer, I.E. Berger, Tom Henry, Dale Earnhardt, Carl Black. The ZL1 program exanded the Dealer base . . .

The 2002 Performance Edition was SUPPOSED to be only for the 35th LE cars . . . but in the end got used on ANY 2002 Camaro . .

I guess in 2008 money spoke louder than his words . . .

The paperwork shown in the photo album does not lie . . .

WS6 purchased in 1999 . . .

GMMG upgrades in 2008??? . . .

I respect Matt is a business man and his business needs to make money to still be around . . . .

What even seems "stranger" . . .

The 1999 WS6 was sold from Jacky Jones Pontiac, in NC

To John Bailey Olds, Pontiac Buick, in GA . . .

To be upfitted to a Jacky Jones Performance "Ram Air" Edition . . .

In 2008?????
