TSP issued a call tag, UPS picked up the clutch, and it was delivered back to TSP. I am just waiting for the credit to show up on my credit card. TSP said that the credit should show up in a day or two. Quote:

The pressure plate friction surface was rusted and the friction surface on the flywheel had marks/stains on it.
This was the first time that I had dealt with TSP and this experience turned me off so I requested a refund. TSP issued a call tag and said that they would credit my CC back for the purchase. They are making it right so all should be well.
