One of the front rotors has a weight in it... Which looks like a piece of metal bent around the inside of the rotor fins? (Pictures show outside and inside of rotor) As mentioned before, only the front rotors are double grind. There is some "extra" material on the outside of one of the rotor fins (pictured), which I think I will just grind off... (Bad idea? )
They all look like high quality pieces... I can't wait to see/use them on the 'Hawk! I will also take them through the proper "bedding-in." The guys at PBT have been great to deal with and very informative along the order process.

received the rotors yesterday... now im waiting on the pads. My fronts also had the weight in them. Not sure exactly why this is neccessary, but maybe the vendor could help out. Mine also had a few spots on them, which I'm guessing is from the coating. Definitely nothing I'm too worried about.

the rotors are awsome i have a friend that works at a part store he warrentied my old pads out for new ones til the ceramic ones get here lol my stuff was loud lol i felt like i was driving a rust bucket with the noise it made lol .... i couldnt wait for the pads any longer lmao oh well they will get upgraded when the other pads get here
