Here's how they mount to the cowling, you can see the 2 black brackets. Don't mind the mess was still working on it...lol

Will get some shortly, it suspends from the cowling slight off centered of the valve covers. We're happy to just make your wires as well

Does this require removal of the cowl for installation?

You will need to remove the wipers and plastic cowling yes. The plastic is held on by plastic pop rivets that you pop up and re-use. The Wipers are one nut each and then your good to go. You can also clean out some of the leaves that you might find in there..

You will need to drill 4 1/4 inch holes in the metal part of the cowling. Its all hidden under the plastic. You determine how far under you want to put them and their exact location. You may or may not need to remove things in the way of doing the instalation such as the secondary air hoses and valve covers. Maybe the intake as well, it all depends on your cars current configuration under the hood.
You can move them closer to center or further out, the wires are long enough so there is not exact placement that you need to hit. I'll provide instructions with the kit. It's fairly straight forward. Requires a drill, drill bit and 7/16 wrench. In addition I'll provide rental of a right angl;e drill to make the install a whole bunch easier. And I'm always here if someone gets hung up and needs help while installing, have my pm's email me right away.

My car is under construction right now.. for the third time..lol Engine is currently out and I'm going to be re-painting the engine bay. I have a pic of an old pic but you will see a wire stretched across on the passenger side that is not indicative of where the wire goes. It was a temp fix for a broken Taylor wire. So I dont have pics of a good install. the brakets are very similar but even those have been changed. I've improved a few things since the picture so I really dont want to post a subpar product picture.

I'll pm you.

How much for just the relocation brackets without the wires?

On our site here are some billet brackets listed, very compact very nice. we can make a set of custom wires to go with it, jiuts tell us your sizes. There are to many different locations you can mount to make a specific length wire to stock for it. I can make your wires though and ship them the next day as soon as you know your sizes.
