I have ordered a complete AeroSpace drag brake setup and manual brake setup form BurkHart Chassis for the front and rear of the car. As well as some 15x10 & 15x3.5 ProStars with MT 26x4.5 Front runners and MT 325/50/15 ET RD's.

I have a S&W mild Steel 10pt cage that will be installed in the car soon.

Well the shop car has big changes in store. I am in the process of pulling the turbo setup that is currently on the car off and putting it up for sale to make room for the new setup. I had planned on a S88 setup, but have decided to go for broke. I am going to do a 91.5mm thumper setup.

-91.5mm Turbonetics turbo A/R 1.39 F-trim.
-6.0L manifolds (unless I decide to build some tube headers)
-JGS 60mm Waste Gate
-JGS 56mm Piston BOV
-2.5" charge pipes
-4" Downpipe
-3" intercooler pipes
-Staying with the current FMIC (yes Air to Air)
-Dual nozzel Meth injection

I am not looking to run a certain class or anything like that. I just like to push the limits of a street/strip car. I will still bring the car out on the occasional weekend cruise, and will have it at the strip plenty (with a truck and trailor so when I break it I can get back to the shop).

I plan to run it on the current 370 to see what it is worth unless I sell that engine to fund the 408 build. It is all a toss up right now in the engine department. I paln to keep the TH400 though I am gonna need to have the Yank verter restalled from its current 3000 rating. I will be doing 3.50 gears in the rear, and running the 325/50/15 MT DRs on the stock width 9 inch rear.

Like I said before. I am not building the car for a certian class. I have always wanted a thumper turbo street strip car. I have the opprotuinty to build one and that what I am gonna do. I hop to have it ready and on the road for the Ford weekend event this fall.

Sneek Peek at the turbo:

I finally finished the AeroSpace Brake install and got the new ProStars and MT front runners and DR's on the car. As of right now I have sold te FAST XFI setup and am going back to a stock engine harness and eigther a stock PCM with HPT or an AEM ECU for the tunning. I want my factory gauges back. I am goong to stick with the current eingine setup and turbo setup that the car has now and see what it is made of. I enjoy driving the car to much to make it a full out race car just yet.
