So I've been looking through the car and crawled up into the drivers side feet area and was looking under the dash/center console area and found these:
So I was looking around in the engine bay, and found the other ends, which look like someone was trying to take something out quick and didn't really care:
Other than that, I found some velcro straps that are on the right strut tower area. They're close to the brake line distributor area, so I had thought maybe a line lock or something?:
Any clue?
