Talking Trans am System Install. [Pic's]

Well this is my first install.
Its all Alpine beside the 4 Channel amp which is DB drive.
I installed this a few months ago but Im bored and i wanted to post to see your guys thinks. Please feel free to add any comments or what my set up might need! Thanks.


Head Unit
iDA-X305
Digital Media Receiver(alpine)

Front door and rear seat Speakers (alpine)
SPR-17C
6 1/2 coaxial 2-way speakers

Subwoofer (alpine)
SWR-1042D
10" Subwoofer (4Ω + 4Ω)

Mono Amp(alpine)
MRP-M500
Mono amp.

4 Channel amp (DB Drive)
SPA90.4
90W * 4

Stealth box (sub thump)
Driver's Side 10

Hu mount (Hu mount)

These pictures got taken today.
as you can tell the amps are dusty and this is not my final set up
I am waiting on the kee audio
Amp rack and i will relocate both amps.

Alpine's awesome isn't it?? lol On a 1 to 10 scale i would say an 8 since you have a db drive amp for your mids but other than that its pretty good. Do you like that headunit....I was looking at that one since my CDA-9887 got stolen.

personally i wouldn't mount the amps there, it's a thief magnet!

Yea i like Alpine alot. great brand .
and The head unit Great it had a sub output
which i liked alot.
and well its really nice
i honestly got it bc
it lights up red or blue
which im going for the whole red theme.

nerver mind...looked it up! I might get that unit...how is the sound? i just ordered that same set up minus the db amp and am getting an alpine 4 channel. I am going to get hold of kee today and order a box and panel. trans am plate looks sweet!

And for the money the set up is great it beats all my friends set ups .
It's ok for 4 mids lol

Any head unit for the most part can be used with the stock steering controls. You need a PAC adapter for the corresponding aftermarket HU. No aftermarket just plugs right into the stock harness. The PAC adapter is necessary to make that work.

I have access to DB Drive's full line. They make a decent amp actually especially on a budget compared to other budget oriented amplifiers. I have used them multiple times in the past with good results.
