Question Help tuning my car system.

I bought all new speakers...infinity refrence(2 in the front, 2 in the sails and 2 5 inch in the hatch) and got a 10inch alpine type S in a ported box in the trunk with new pioneer HU. Now im just waiting for a buddy to install the amp for the speakers but when he does i am looking for a CLEAN, CRISP sound...like how a brand new car system sounds like. Is it possible to get it to this level if not more? My HU can store 2 custom settings so i was thinking of having one preset with the sub just out of the subwoofer for a LOUD sound and another preset with bass coming from all speakers and maybe the sub for just the lows?

would this be possible?

Just got the same system in my car...except i replaced the trunk with 6x8s cuz 6x9s wouldnt fit. But It sounds great. I have a 400w powering the doors and sail and 1000w powering 2 12s and the 6x8s. I Replacing my stock HU but am trying to decide on which to go with....you made a good choice. It sounds great.
