 All lights dimming but no stereo?
Hello everybody. I have a 2000 ss with the stock stereo system and pretty much stock everything else electronics wise (nothing that would drain the battery) and for some reason my lights start dimming when the car is idling. The interior lights and headlights just kinda dim with the way the car idles.. not too bad but you can definitely see it. The car has a new battery so i was wondering if this is a sign of my alternator going bad? The volt gauge on the dash goes kinda wacky sometimes (moves around) as well. Wiring and grounds are all good. The car is just heads and cam and was fine for all these years until a few days ago. Everything else still works fine and no problems other than the lights dimming.
