C6 Z06 gets rude awakening

C6 Z06 gets rude awakening Crusing on the highway I spot some familiar daytime running lights and they are approaching fast. A very nice black C6 Z06 gets right up on my bumper and just hangs there for a moment. Finally I hear the owner drop a gear and dart over in the other lane to pass. As soon as I heard hit downshift I smashed the go pedal and instantly matched his pull. We both stayed in it for a good amount of time and I took it up to 150mph (no other cars were around) and put at least 4 cars on him. I love my car!!! This guy would not pull up next to me, no thumbs up, no nothing. He just stared straight ahead and wouldn't look over. 
My car is a 2008 LS3 vette with Longtubes, alky injection, and the shop I go to installed their custon Novi 2200 kit with intercooler. The car is on a very safe tune and only running 8lbs for now. Next year I plan to forge and turn up the boost but for now I am just enjoying the car. My car made 579rwhp and over 600ft. A quick pass at enhlishtown with a 275 drag radial on the car produced the following times.
