I know that Paul Major is real close to 6's. He's run 205mph. Is there another car (two) that have run 6's now? Two isn't too bad I guess.
What about a "properly setup" KB Cobra? Strictly Performance did ok with
their Cobra and it only had a little 2.2L blower and a little shot of the dope.
This car had the same mods as mine basically, except for the trans. This is
with a 100% stock long block.

paul was testing at new england dragway this weekend with the guys from dmc chasis works. i heard they made a few solid 7 second passes on saturday.
not bad. at 14psi the t/a made 714whp. saw him out and about last night. was hoping he would put up a better fight. but the cobra sure was running strong. not sure if the t/a got retuned for 10psi

By blown I meant turbo and I was not trying to offend anyone besides the kid who wants to talk turbos when all he has is a bottle and I am sure he lacks the knowledge needed to put one together. (as do I) Personally I witnessed a supercharged ls2 gto and an svt cobra get into a good old fashioned acceleration contest last night, from what I could tell, the gto had him by a car.

Edit: Btw I helped put a ebay turbo on my friends b16 hatch...all to get a whopping 197fwhp out of it...imports seem like a big waist of time and money to me.
And i thought the ta did pretty decent job of keeping up. He was only on 10# pounds. That kb cobra was BAMF. 22 psi is definitely going to get that 4v moving. Honorable death i think.
There's too many variables to say with x amount of boost then this and that. Compression ratio is something to look at also look at the fact that turbo setups don't draw power like a belt driven supercharger does. A Turbo Cobra setup on 22lbs would make way more than the TS setup would.
