Default Bullied an S2000

I was out just driving around and saw a set of HID's behind me but they were not coming around. Well we ended up at a light and I had me an S2000 with atleast exhaust on my left. My car was sitting there camming at the light so I was sure the dude was not interested in a run but I was wrong.

As soon as the light went green he must have rev'd it to 7K and off we went. I was just peddling it to maitian any traction through 1st and by the time 2nd hit, I already had about 2 cars on him, and I almost lost it too, 2nd hits the tires hard....

Those cars shine on rolls though so I knew he would want to run from 50 or so. I just pointed for him to go and gave him the jump. It took about a half a second to downshift to 2nd from 50 and I put about 5 good cars on him to 90 and then let off. He was cool about it.

Pretty fun. I actually like S2000's so I thought I would share.

You never know which Import you will run into these days, the 160whp or the 500whp.

My car is still on a Vengeance mailorder tune. I will be dialing it in in a few weeks, I hope. It should make 475-485rwhp when it's all done, through the A6.

Theres a S2000 in my town that is running 440rwhp, his car must be fast and I'm wondering what would my car do against him; a sure loss for me off the bottle.

I dont like Hondas, but this one looks good. And I dont like the torque and hp curve of this car, but I'm a V8 guy so

Dude, I didn't realize you were on here! That's cool. I would sell it for $31,900 since I really can't afford to sell it for less. I bought it for $30K a year ago and this year alone, I have put $6K into it. I know you offered $30,500 but I really can't afford to cut it loose for that low.

Dude, just buy it for $31,900 and you will own the Street Racing Mods' C6!

Re-cap

Vararam CAI
Vararam TB Spacer
Ported TB
Summit MAF
Smooth couplers
Ported FAST 92 w/ C6 mod
TEA 243 Heads 63cc (325/257)
PP Dual Valve Springs/ Ti retainers
GM MLS 6.0 head gaskets
HS 1.7 RR's
Vengeance 224/235/610/620/115 N20 cam
ARP head bolts
Kooks 1 7/8's w/ 3"x 3" off-road
Stock CB
UD pulley
COW TCM tune
Vengeance/COW tune (could use dyno tune to dial in)

It does have a few small scratches and the rear tires are 40% but they don't hook anyway. I would advise 295-305 PS2's for the street. Front tires are 90%. Brakes are new F+R when I bought it. Even the drilled rotors.

The car should run low 11's high 10's depending on traction @ 125+ mph. It's even ready for a 150 shot (ARP's, 1 7/8's and cam). Driving around last night I was getting 15.1 mpg to boot.

Until I sell it, I will keep throwing money at it. I want a tune, small stall 2200-2600, mufflers and a small shot. I will eventually get the scratches corrected.
