this was at the track. I was trying so hard to get lined up with this car. Finally we did. I look over in the staging lanes and the kid driving it looks like he 16-18.?? so anyway I got little advantage in the form of M/T slicks and he is running street tires. As soon as the light drops my rt was way better but hey he has not been driving that long probably.. I absolutely destroyed him. So a buddy I was with went over to talk to him and gave him a couple pointers. Kid listens and by the end of night knocked about .5 off his time. Not to bad.

az summers suck for racing........da over 4k 90 degrees out 20% humidity

edit I got him by over a full second close to second and a half

There was one at our local track that had full exhaust, intake and a kenne bell, and he was only running 12.20's. Probably needed the driver mod as well though.

yea the DA sucks around here, so a 13.5 might correct out to high 12's, which would be more excusable.. id think DA would affect a blower car more than just about anything.

my pass when I ran him was a 12.5 and with his r/t so bad it looked like I beat him by 2-3 seconds....it was one of the races that I really really wish I had on tape

but in being fair and serious his time corrected would have been anywhere from 13.0 to 13.4......still not in the realm of what is said can be done

where in OK you at? I spent from 7 to 17 in McAlester.....Damn was I glad to leave that place.
