This is a video of a 663 rwhp Shelby GT500 vs a Procharged 515rwhp ls2 Corvette. Both of these guys are my friends. Both are on street tires a race with drag radial on both cars coming soon maybe even slicks on both who knows!
looks like the vette was an auto and the stang was a stick. The guy in the Mustang did good to keep up banging gears on street tires...close race
The rematch should be better ...if the guy can hit his gears and launch hard the vette will be in trouble...if the vette doesn't have a stall

You make very good points. The guy in the GT500 does an excellent job launching his car, thats the best I have seen him do. They agreed to do it once on street tires and once on a drag radial. It should be interesting, I told Vette owner he should put a gear, stall, and blower cam in it

Should be a ZO6 killer with gears stall and blower cam

I will post round two with the drag radials on. I remember you having a KB cobra, nice vette though. How about a KB on the Vette in your sig
That would have ripped right through the A6 in a hurry (with me driving anyway). I had very close to 500rwhp with all the mods but last weekend, I sold it. Starting another C6 soon (or later) with a heavily modded LS3. Keep the good vids coming.
