2011 mustang 5.0 getting beat by stock ls1

OK I watched it now. WoW I can't believe the stock Fbody took it! Video guy is insistent the LS1 was bone stock, too. 5.0 was on it's first drive after coming home from the dealer, so take the results with a large grain of salt. Engines nowadays are tight as hell from the factory and require thousands of miles to properly break in and loosen up to realize there true potential.
But that being said... Them stangs are overrated POS! Just like the old ones!!! bahahahaha

If I were him I would be taking a very long drive and throw on a thousand miles as fast as humanly possible, driving it like I stole it. Then go for a rematch without a passenger.

on the home of the 3400lb stock 4th gen, and the 12.8 stock 1/4 times im not shocked to see a stock ls1 beat anything that ford can build. i think there is a video of a ls1 auto taking a ford gt on a road course. let me find it.
i guess someone should call all the magazines and let them know that their recorded times were on a down hill road.

on the home of the 3400lb stock 4th gen, and the 12.8 stock 1/4 times im not shocked to see a stock ls1 beat anything that ford can build. i think there is a video of a ls1 auto taking a ford gt on a road course. let me find it.

How much break in time? and how much faster do you think it will go?
I guess we will have to wait and see if more vids come out.
I would like to set up a track day between 5.0's and LSX cars at PBIR. I'd like to go up against one myself.
