10 year old catback LS1 vs new modded 370z..
How about we do a STOCK 2010 camaro vs a 370z?
Or.. better yet, let's put 3 big *** people in the 2010 Camaro to handicap it and see what happens.

I agree and disagree... You look at the new 370Z and compare it to an fbody.. Put full exhaust/intake/tune on them both and the gap will be greatly different. Not just because of the displacement but because of how well the stock parts are for the v6 cars already to be able to make those numbers. Where as the fbody got kind of **** on from the factory.
Either way, impressive.

You can definitely pick up more or less depending on the car and which route you take.. But most cars don't keep up with LsX platforms once the modding begins if they were close or neck and neck in stock trim.

No doubt... But, full exhaust on an fbody can see 30Rwhp.. Intake/lid (depending on whether you initially had ls1 or ls6) can be up to 25Rwhp.. Tune 5-15Rwhp.

bolton Zs run 12.7 to 12.9@110-112mph. ive seen Plenty of bolt on ls1s itnake, headers, exhaust, tune runs the exact same times. its just funny how some people are so hard header and egotistical and refuse to accept that a car that isnt an ls series can beat a ta or camaro.

An fbody with full bolt ons and a tune should run solid mid 12s @ 112+..
You can't tell me that a car tuned/modded that well from the factory with the displacement it has and being NA can keep up after the modding begins. Just won't happen.
Regardless the 370 is impressive.

Are you saying I don't think that? Many 370Zs have ran quicker/faster times than many fbodys.. I'm sure the overall faster/quicker time goes to the body and probably on average as well. But the 370Z is definitely a contender.
