Yeah, with that mph the 12.7 is all launch... very cool car though
Yep, Christine is decently quick in 1st, then "ok" in 2nd, then kind of a dog in 3rd, so its def a dig car, and not for roll races.

I believe it is around a 3600 - 3800 stall or so. Not sure though since the tranny and stall were part of a trade for a Big Block 454 I used to have in Christine (My Caprice). Cruising down the highway it turns about 3500 - 4000 rpm just keeping up with traffic and is going through the "big end" of the 1320 at around 5700 rpm or so in top gear (3rd) with my 3:73 rear end.
WHen I raced the LS1, I used nitrous but not on the entire race.. if you watch carefully you can see where I sprayed it at.
I never had a 70 shot, it was a 40 shot.
I did spray the Lincoln, and I did get beaten..pretty badly, however if I remember I was really low on pressure that night? ...but I dont remember for sure. I thought I said something.
I wasnt trying to fab the story at all LoL... Everyone told me he had added nitrous, which is the only reason running a 13.2 at the track, then dropping it to a 12.7 at the track would make any sense to me at all.
haha I wasnt trying to fab the story up at all... I was actually trying to show how well the Caprice moved haha its like my favorite car. To watch a car that is usuallyt urned into a big donked POS.. be turned into a monster is awesome!
LoL, sorry if my wording throws anyone off here.
the Z is gone now, but I will be looking for a rematch in my new mustang. ;-)
I have NOT added Nitrous, the car is just generally about 1 second faster at the strip then it is spinning on the street (my car runs low 14's high 13's on the street). The 98 LS1 (factory rated for only 305 hp) is still Stock.......just like it was when I raced you when you were in your factory rated 303 hp 350Z that was on the spray.
