so i was at the hangout spot with my friends and the night started to set in. so i went out for a quick loop looking for action. there wasnt anyone trying to mess around so i went back to where my friends were hanigin out and asked if one of em' wanted to ride around and look for race ( we have nothing else to do ever lol ). well pulling out of a parking lot the kid in the beemer pulls in, he turns around real quick andf gets behind me and another car at the light. my friend said thats him so i was like hell yeah! pulled it back in 1st so it would be ready to go as soon as the car behind me went a lil ways and could run them. we went from a roll and i started get traffic flak pretty bad so backed off not much more than a 2 second fire up, he was a little ways ahead and busted a u turn. i did the same we met at a stoplight side by side (he boosted it up which suprised the hell outta me). light hit green and he pulled away!
we went again after he did another u turn lol! from about a 25 roll i honked 3 times and floored it jumped about a car or so and he never started to pull until i hit the brakes at about a 100mph! $7800 vs $50k im doin alright!

If both have street tires and the GT500 is stock, the GT500 should win every time at 3-5mph higher. Lots of variables. The quickest tuned 335i MIGHT trap 116mph. I debated in a thread and 118mph comes to mind - race gas, DRs, lots of mods.
I was surprised about that time. Thats cool that he hit that with only the tune.
if your talkin bout the big winged 6-cyl bird. he said he had it cammed and tuned. i believe

6:50 is when the 335i comes in. Dinan chip only, still under warranty, lol. I run him at 11:14 (mods in sig, but with stock snowflakes). Most of his runs are 40 rolls. Those things are quick! It's funny to hear my car disappear when he rolls up the window too, lol.. It'd be nice to have bolt on LS1 power, with bad ass luxury, under warranty.
And think about this: the 135i has the same engine, but less weight....
