what's an average price for some? i've looked around from the sponsors on here, but i'm still learning about the suspension side of the house, so it's a tough choice.

lol i appreciate the questions. i would recommend if you are going to do both, do them at the same time. installing fronts is a major pita,so knock out everything you can at once.

Just for the curious, I did both of my T/A's and ended up with a 26.5" height to the fender. This is on LS1 springs, not sure if theres a difference other than spring rate from the LT1's. Thats a nice ride you got hitman I should drive up to orange sometime and see those splitters

there may be. the wierd thing is that i have 285/40s on the back, so when i go to 275s it will be lower. haha its nice being the only LT1 TA with side splitters

I have a question.
I just purchased Bilstein HD shocks\struts, and was told these suck in lowered applications, as they cant respond well like they do with stock height springs. Is this the case with the heater hose mod?

So, the new lower stance comes from removing the rear isolator pretty much? Or is the heater hose actually keeping the spring from fully expanding??

The new stance comes from removing the isolator that is 3/4" thick.

its not that they suck, its that they arent valved for lowered applications. the only springs recommended for use with them are stock or the eibach slp springs

yes it comes from removing the rear isolator. the hose is doing nothing more than stopping the spring from rubbing on the metal of the body

You do realize that HD and SLP rears have always been the same, don't you?
