Thanks a lot Blue Knight. Great video, don't be shy to make it longer. I would of liked to see the disassembly and assembly of the new spring, but I will figure it out. Probably pretty simple.
Thanks.

Yeah, from the point I end it it all goes back together the way it came apart, it might seem a little intimidating or confusing when you are watching the vid, but as you are actually doing it, it all makes sense.
I had never worked on any vehicle's suspension in my life and did the entire install reading an article I printed off the internet.

Ok so put the springs in the rear no prob and the DS was really easy too. Then came the pass side.
Everything went 2x as fast as the Driver side then BAM major problem. The 15mm nut at the top of the strut assembly was rusted to hell! WTF. Budged it with a 15mm deep socket but top of the shock started to move with the nut. So deep sock is no use now. Using a 15mm box wrench and clamps on top is getting me no where!!!
Please someone tell me what my options are now!?!?
I am encountering the same problem with both shocks. I soaked 1 of them with deep creep the night before. (did not plan on doing this today) I was not aware of the fitting on top of the stud that is above the shock nut at first.
I wound up taking a thread chasing kit and running it down the threads to clean the remaining excess of rust and to reshape threads up to the nut. The nut came off easy after slight pressure. I am off to let the 2nd soak with some penetrating lube now.

Ok so anyone have any torque specs for the front and rear suspension?
IE: the stuff that was un-torqued during the install? I know the nut at the top of the shock is supposed to be 33ft lbs but what about the other stuff?
I did the install already but since I recently got a nice torque wrench I'd like to go back and spec everything out.

Not sure, I just tightened everything down good and tight.

awesome video man, I was trying to do the front by just winging it! I didnt disco the ball jount or sway bar and I couldnt do it. I removed the stock spring with out a spring compressor, I thought I would have to get a compressor to install. Now I see how it should be done.
WTF KONI? how come these struts are so good and come with the worlds worst instructions? for 200 per strut u would think they would be a bit clearer of instructions.
For the record, this is why I'm adamant about trying to inform folks about how I handle Koni sales/customers. The instructions do suck, but any customer who bought their Koni's from Strano Performance Parts is free, hell... encouraged to, call me when the shocks are in hand so I can help with the setup and installation details.
There are tricks I know that I've unfortunately had to keep closer to the vest because I keep getting blindsided by being too open too early (folks take the information and run). All those details all happily passed on to my customers.
