New Computer Business

Me and some friends have been working with computers all our life. So we decided to start up our own business. We are a computer repair, set up, virus removal, clean up, set up, anything you can think of. We also set up home networks for wireless set-ups, encrypting routers. We do not have our website up at the moment, we are working on it and will hopefully have it up and running as soon as possible, sorry for the inconvenience.

Cool, I will keep you in mind. Dell customer service sucks. I can never move my labtop from place to place because it gets a hardware error.

Yeah, I think its the hard drive. What pisses me off I have 3 year warranty that I paid extra for and everytime I call I have to wait like 20 minutes to someone who can barely speak english. Im just ready to slam that bitch on the floor and tell them it fell accidently. I have to turn it upside down, give it a few blows from the bottom, and try to fire it up. Repeat if it dont work. Then, I cant move it just leave it there if not it will screw up.

My dad has a dell and just recently i replaced his hard drive for him and they were actually pretty good about that. They had it sent to ups within 3 days and it as all taken care of. let me know how it goes and we can help you out with that.

Thanks, let me try being an asshole and see if customer service will actually do something. It only takes 1 minute (literally) to pull out the hard drive. Sleek design when it comes to tearing them apart. I will see about getting with you if nothing happens.

Alright man sounds good. When we do it we will not only install the hard drive, the operating system (find the drivers if you don't have the discs) and then we will also do optimizations and other tweaks to the computer to make it run as fast as possible. Just like, you can use HPTuners but it will never be the same as a dyno-tune done by a professional
