GPS Tracking Device/Fleet Tracking

I have a GPS tracking device that I bought from http://www.usfleettracking.com/ for my business. I opened the box to take pictures and thats it. Never installed or activated the unit.

The GPS device gives almost real time updates of where the car is online. Speed, direction and tons of other info. You can also go online and lock/unlock doors, turn off the engine and so on.

I just dont need the device so I'm selling it for $400. I paid 450 just a few weeks ago.
