Thanks to Mike and the guys at G-Force for taking care of Matt's C5 yesterday. He finally installed his TFS 245cc heads and new injectors and he needed a tune bad! Mike got him in, and we realized that the O2's were bad so they ordered us a set and installed them. Then they got the car on the dyno and Mike went through the tune for a little bit and got it dialed in on motor. It ended up making 554rwhp I think was the number which was almost 35-40 more rwhp than he had before. If Mike or Robert can get a chance they can post the graph for us. The n2o was acting up a little bit, but everytime it started to make a good pull it would blow the tires off the car. We were dynoing on the 19" wheels. We even had VHT on the tires and lead shot in the back. Oh well we know the A/F's are safe on n2o, so that is all that matters.
On his old heads on n2o it went 147mph in the 1/4 into a 30mph headwind with his kit on a .5sec Delay and 5sec 150-300hp build time on the progressive. Hopefully it should go 150-155mph on n2o without a problem now. Well as long as he has traction!!!
Also I'd like to thank them for the week before TX2K9 for letting me use the dyno basically for hours upon end at weird hours of the day so I could get my car dialed in on the new tune. Jay stayed up there till I was ready to go every night. I can't thank him enough for that!
