Tex, I think this car could pass for stock because people expect a Gt500 to whine, I think if you showed up in a "stock" Fox body that was whining people would think something was up. It would still be an awesome set-up though.
True, but if you watch the video, there is no whine when the car is at idle, granted if you managed to fool them into a race they would figure out real quick why they are seeing your tail lights.
If heard of people doing 03-04 cobra engine swaps in fox bodys
Yup, I've seen this done and there is a couple that have popped up at the car show near my house (Spring Cypress and Champions Forest) on Sat nights. Pretty sweet seeing an old fox body and then they pop the hood and there's a huge Cobra motor under there - they are very very quick with the weight adv. I'm with everyone else, I'd love to see a fox body with one of these new 4v motors in there. Prob, could be in the 8's real quick (with the high PSI of course).

Is it just me or do those engines not make shit for horsepower below 2500 RPM's? Maybe I'm just reading the graph wrong.

From what I can gather, they are roughly the same physical size as an '03-'04 motor, which people have swapped into Foxes. I may do it eventually as well

svtperformance has some nice pics of the 03-04 engine swaps in some foxes....
Sometimes I feel dumber after reading replies from people here. That output is DAMN impressive for such a simple modification, no matter what brand. I'm a big LSX fan, but definitely can appreciate other brands and power like this. Some of the comments in here are just STUPID.

What kind of cars do y'all tune? My 80 Trans Am needs to be tuned bad.

Do y'all dyno cars? If so how much for a few pulls? Want to get a stock baseline on my car and don't feel like waiting for school to start so I can use our autotech dyno.
