The O-Line this year is doing their job at giving Colt time to find his receivers, even if Colt misses games it still wont be pretty for the Opposing defense having to deal with Gilbert taking the snaps, 6'6" 200lbs OB that is like the Vanilla Vince Young.... kid can Pass it, Run it, or Pass it accurately on the run...Not to mention he's about the 3rd fastest guy on the team

between texas doing the usual, OK State using Dez Bryant effectively under triple coverage at times, Aggies racking up 606 yards of total offense and a solid defensive showing from Von Miller (on a MWC New Mexico team), and Robert Griffin being Robert Griffin from Baylor, until OU gets their composure back they could be at the bottom of the big 12 south considering the teams.
What's up with season openers against sub par FCS teams anyway.
Anyone see Blaine Gabbert from Missouri, he picked a highly talked about Illinois team apart and is a first time starting sophmore.

I doubt UT expected what happened last year but if UT doesn't win their season is done pretty early this year.
I'm not being cocky at all. I, as do a lot of people, think that given the fact that Tech lost a lot of talent from last year's team, that Texas lost in Lubbock last year, who all Texas has back this year, the game being played in Austin, also that it's being played early in the season rather than later as in previous years, is why Texas will win going away.
IMO, last year was an out of character year in terms of wins and losses for the Red Raiders. I see a more of the norm four loss season for Tech this year. I do hope you guys pound OU and A&M though!
