Well, not sure about this one, but Forza 1 and 2 you can do all the normal stuff, full weight reduction, race compound tires, full suspension tunability except pinion angle, supercharge or turbocharge if motor does not get enough for you(never does).

Sadly, you cannot. It's still a circuit oriented game so it lacks alot of drag features.

Yeah the Drag is not what I expected I did a 11.2 car has everything even a motor swap I just can get it to hook tried everything

Well, the racing on the track is better than ever for me, handling is awesome. The 14/ and other drag events...havnt tried them really.
