I have been pulled over for that, I told the cop I had cats, when he said he was going to luck under my car, this was a fox body, I told him have fun. he couldnt see anything. I didnt get a ticket.

Just get you some magna flow High flow cats ( they are the 8" long X 4" Dia ones ). .. it's basically like not having them, You can see straight through the catylist...
You couldnt tell I have them by how loud my car can get.. but they are on there.. and they cant say anything.. except for the fact it's freaking loud...

are all you guys getting pulled over just for this, or were you doing something else stupid?

I was just wondering if they are actually pulling people for no front plates, no cats etc or just noticing it after they pulled you over for speeding/stupid stuff etc..

Okay there!! You do that. I'm sure that cops love guys like you with tons of attitude over clear violations of the current law. Cats are required. Front plate is required. Dumped exhaust is illegal. Speeding is a violation. These aren't hard things to comprehend. If you're going to break the law, accept the possible consequences and don't be a dick yourself.

i wasn't doin a gad damned thing wrong, just minding my own business on the drive back from g-force and got pulled over. he said he spotted my dumps as i drove by him.

Most cops don't waste their time with this kind of stuff. I run dumps as well, no cats, no front LP, no emissions equipment... I would be screwed if I ever got pulled over by a cop that cared about that kind of stuff, but I have been lucky so far. However, this is breaking the law, so we can't really complain about getting cited for it.
