Got a ticket for no cats... So all of you running around catless my ticket was 172 dollars. if a cop asks if u have them, say yes, and if he asks to get under and look, ask for a court order. i just thought id share my experiences to help all of y'all.

I really don't think they need a court order to look under a car that is on the street.

Easy solution is to tie a dead cat to your offroad y pipe. "but officer I do have a cat on my exhaust system.". The smell may be an issue though.

I would have played dumb and told him yes. I highly doubt he could've gotten far enough on the ground to see the exhaust under the car especially if the car is lowered.

i really was. i had just left my house. The police were coming to pay me a visit at home, and i just happened to be leaving, so he pulled me over. this whole ordeal started when a neighbor threatened to call the cops on me if i didnt quiet my car. (cammed catless lm1) so i said Fu*k em and didnt change a thing...

weld on the out side of a cat onto your pipe. it looks like there is one there without having to gut the cats.

and for anyone who has this problem, i honestly wouldnt even put cats on it. the prosecutor just took my word for it that i had a front plate and cats on my car. he didnt even send an officer outside to look at it
