no they will either just junk them or donate them to schools for the kids to work on and learn... san jac central has a 2004 GTO auto with less than 40 miles on it but the whole right side of the car is F'd up... it fell off a car hauler and scraped against the medal... that sucks though thats a lot of what used to be really nice trucks... i'd take one of those trucks off their hands if they want...

The weight argument it stupid, compare a Warhawk LS motor to a all aluminum BBC, the weight difference is worth it to me with the kazillion more cubes.
There was another railroad car hauler incident with a bunch of new LS1 GTO's when they first came out. IIRC the railroad company ends up owning/buying them and the vehicles get burried in the ground, literally. Crazy, but it was a liability issue.
