Besides, the Berger Panel mod is way overdone. IMO, it is played out. Soon people will leave the tail panel stock in order to stand out from the crowd. Seems like hundreds of mofo's have done the Berger Panel.

That's a very weak analogy. Aftermarket wheels come in dozens, if not hundreds, of models. With the Berger mod, they all look the same unless you want to get really technical and point out some go flat black and some go with gloss black.

Berger panels all look the same, thus comparing that mod to the general idea of getting aftermarket wheels... which have many, many different looking varieties, is not a good comparison. Kapish?

Yeah, I just saw the movie "Adventureland". One of the dudes in the movie had a shirt with "kapish" on it so that was on my mind. Otherwise, I'd say the same.. hadn't heard it in years.
red fer sur, the black just doesnt seem to fit. Although you could check out Sommer86's camaro, hes got the red and black going and looks pretty nasty. black wheels, berger, manta, splitters, on a red car.

My wife drives an LE and IMHO I say leave it an LE. Why own an LE if your gonna mod it to look like something else. Leave the car the way its supposed to and find another insignificant car like a Z28 to modify. I have a Z and did all my little tweaks cause its not hurting its value. The LE is a collectors.
