| How much does it cost to refill tank 75argon25co2 welding gas mix? I got a used welder and have been practicing. Have a scuba tank sized tank that needs to be refilled. Plan on going to Linde to get it refilled. How does it work? What is the cost of refill? Heard that they do exchanges. Do I have a choice on the refill or exchange?

| Probably the only choice you have is an exchange. That is the only way I have ever seen it. I would just call and ask, because I dont know the price.

| I know the large ones here are a shade under $50, but not sure about the smaller ones, they may be about the same price but for less gas. It would really just depend on whether or not they'd accept your tank as trade. I've heard places like Tractor Supply also have welding gas sometimes, and take trades, but I go to a local welding store (real close to my work) for mine.

| Its nice to exchange them every now and then, they need to be certified every 10 years. Unless you want to pay to have the cert done, just trade it in and the gas company keeps you current. |
