Default Window motor upgrade?

Has anyone tried to fix their windows by maybe changing them out to another kind of motor. I know shit about different kinds of motors so I don't know if they work in similar ways. Or is the f-body window problem strictly a power issue? Sorry if this is a dumb question but I figured someone has had to have tried to make their windows work normally.

I would say it is 90% a power issue
