For those of you that don't know about the Sears "Craftsman Club", I would highly recommend you join it. It is a free membership, and they send you a membership card (takes a few weeks to receive). When you get the card, they send you a monthly "members only" sales ad (and email) to let you know when they are having their sales week.
1 week every month, you can buy ANY Craftsman name brand item at 10% off. I've bought all kinds of tools, lawn care equipment (gas weed eater, etc..) and items. What is great is that the 10% also applies to their current sales prices. I got my gas weed eater at nearly 30% off of retail.

Yeah, I am in the club. Its the shit.
I think we should have a post a week in advance all the time.
Another thing - if you buy something while not on sale, or not during the craftsman club week you can go in during the craftsman club week / sale week with your recpiept and they will credit you back. I did this a couple of months ago and when I bought both metric and standard racheting wrenches. Spent 200 on them then went back in and they ended up crediting me about 90 bucks!!!!!
I made a score this past weekend. I picked up their regularly priced $199 aluminum racing floor jack (2 ton) on a clearance table marked down at $139. With the craftsman club discount, it came out to $14 off of that price! $199 jack for $125 isn't bad
