36 chevy dads fixing up. my dad fabricated the old 36 body to a 86 gmc frame/ 350 engine/4 speed trans/rear... car lift with my 84 on it. outside of garage. if you look hard you can see a green f1 thats currently taking up space on the carlift... not really any pics directed at the garage, but oh well.
not exactly mine, but its where I waste most of my day and where I wrench on my junk after hours. I got some pics of my toolbox and tools here too

Mitch, approximately how much did the concrete, building, etc cost? How big is the building and where did you get it? Not worried about all the other goodies that are inside just looking for a ballpark figure. Thanks.

In the works - Forged 383, 236/242, 250 shot, TH350, etc.
Building, complete, was ~$9000 ... I had the shop custom built and it took 2 guys 3 days to erect. It is 24 x 54.
18' single front and 12' roll up in the back. 1 pass door and completely insulated (makes a HUGE difference inside). Therear was a covered awning that I enclosed myself and I built the 16' swing doors on the very back.
Concrete and flat work was ~$7000 ... I have embedded, reinforced floor plates installed with blind nuts welded on the back side to attach anchor points. I had the slab poured at 6" and have 12" x 12" concrete beams running the length and width. I also used 1/2" rebar for strength.
I had a sidewalk poured from the shop to the back porch and the driveway to the shop was 165' long and 12' wide.
I ran RG59U and CAT 5 from the house to the shop, buried in conduit. In seperate conduit, I ran 10/2 copper from my shop to the house.
