can not access my old account. please help

I can not access my old screen name ( LS1 FORMULA ). I no longer use my old e-mail address. Is this why I cant access my old account? I tried for an hour to get a new password but no luck. I like this screen name better but hate to lose my post counts to sell some things. Can you do any thing for me?
