Pics problems

how do I post pics without having to use a url link? I have a mac so I can't copy paste.

You can either upload an image to the forum's server (attachments), which will appear as a thumbnail in your posts, or if the image is hosted elsewhere online, simply copy the URL and paste it between the IMG tags.

For example:
[img]http://ui.ibsrv.net/ibsrv/res/src:www.ls1tech.com/get/logos/2007logo07sm.jpg[/img]

will appear as:
