I can't post in the parts for sale area?

I want to make a post in the "want to buy" section of the parts classifieds and I am blocked from starting new threads. How can I get access to make a post on that forum?

The requirements are in one of the sale section stickys. If the want to buy guidlines are the same as the want to sell section, you have to have atleast 50 posts in non regional sections

so from the looks of it, you got 49 to go
