History:
This car is in 100% perfect condition and has zero issues. It has some rock chips on front bumper around the corvette plate that you can notice, besides that the paint is good. It is Artic White w/ all black leather interior. The car is rare because in 1999 their was only 309 made white. Car seems to have been taken care of. It is showing 145,xxx miles and carpet looks to have no rips or tears anywhere. no spots or anything that need to be taken care of. Carpet is 100%. The car runs out strong and drives awesome. It is loaded except a cd player. This is a turn key car. As far a maientence i dont know what was taken care of before me. i have changed all fluids and had it inspected by a ase certified mechanic. Im only looking to sell this car. No trades. Im now looking to buy a house and this payment has to go. The nada value on this car stock is 14,xxx. Since it is a rare car and whtie is the rarest frc w/ my mods im putting a price on it for 14,000 obo.

Kelly Blue Book says this car is worth $9500 on a good day, and from one C5 owner to the other, regardless of what NADA and KBB say, the C5 market isn't what it used to be. Might want to think about that price. Good luck with the sell.

FYI, some people with low mileage units are sitting with their C5's for sale for 6-12 months unsold... The price should b realistically what you expect the market to pay for your car, and I can tell you it ain't no where near $16.5K..

thanks haulinss..people always go by nada and kbb now days..they dont take into concideration that its only 1 of 309 white frc's in 99..i guess that dont matter to them..but thats for the bump! TTT guys..had some more offers today, close but not enough to let it go..

Feedback on price is part of posting in a forum. While some people go too far , there should be no problem with someone commenting on the asking price of a vehicle. Most of the time these sellers need a wake up call. While this may be a rare car , a 145k mile base model C5 is only worth about 8-10k. That is the truth , Sorry. The seller seems like a nice guy , and if I was him I would be counting my blessings and take 13.5k in a heart-beat. Never the less , a car is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it.

dont know why you feel like you should be responsible for his "wake up call" or any of the other tire kickers that have no intrest in buying the car anyway. If he wanted an opinion about what you or anyone else thought his car was worth then maybe he would have asked for an opinion or feel the board out for prices. There are a ton of corvettes for sale out there if you dont like the price of his or the color for that matter then move on.

thanks man..a car is only worth what someone will pay for it. most of the people in this thread dont have any intrest in buying this car at all, so they dont car to trash my thread..if it dosent sell at what im asking its not hurting me to keep the car, its not everyday you see a clean white frc rollin' down the road..Lunch Time Bump
