motor has 7800 miles on it when the car was at 55k now the car is 57k mile, this car will run low 10 with the right tires i have a video of it running mid 10s spinning down the track

$28k is a little steep. There's several blown cars for less than that. There's a c6 with a 427 for $26k. It's a beautiful car but you're just a little bit too high on price.
