Default 2001 NBM Camaro SS M6

First off it is an 01 NBM SS M6 with t-tops and black interior. Here are some pics:

I bougth this car last september with around 71k miles so I have not put all that many miles on it. In the time I have owned it I have added: New Fuzion tires, Pacsetter Long Tubes, Pacsetter Off Road Y pipe, Corvette O2 sensors, removed EGR and AIR, MSD Wires, NGK plugs, Edelbrock tubular panhard bar, new driver side window motor, Auto Page Alarm, LS7 Clutch setup with new slave. I have changed the oil twice using German Castrol and the coolant has been flushed. I also found out it has Pioneer 4 way speakers in front when doing the window motor. The old onwner already had these mods when I bought it:
Strut Tower Brace
SLP Lid
TB Collant bypass mod
Home Ported TB
De-Screened MAF
FasToysRamAir
Sub Frame Connectors
Lower Control Arms
3.73's
UMI Short Stick
"Borla Mouth"

Honestly this car is awesome and I absolutely love it. I just bought my first house and found out my foundation needs expensive repairs so I have no choice..I am in the St. louis area and would like 12k for the car.

I appreciated the nice comment. The last thing I want to do is sell this car, I love it, but my house has to take priority over it...

PM sent back

not to be off subject but what kind of foundation work does your house need? Mine needed some work, got quotes for $3000 to $8000, so far I have $500 into with buying a $300 gas powered pressure washer included. Probably another $200 and it will be done. My foundation is a poured one and was falling apart.

As of tonight the car now has "Borlamouth" It sounds a lot nicer and not obnoxious and raspy. I still have the SLP resonator though.

Someone locally has already offered me 13k for the car so I am holding out to see how that goes. Please do not pm me lowball offers of 10k or 11k, I will not come down on the price or I will just keep it.
