FS or Preferably Trade - '66 Tempest Custom I thought I'd try this here. I have a show winning ('07 Tri Power Nats) 1966 Tempest Custom. Car is originally from CA and has the black plate and protecto plate. The car was stripped to bare metal 5+ years ago and is used for a local car shows and cruise ins. It is painted it's original color of Fontaine Blue with a fresh 400 and T400 trans with a Hughes 2500 stall. It also has 3.23 ls. The interior is blue as well and I've just converted it to '67 His & Hers with nice console. Also has factory A/C.
This car took 1st at Norwalk in '07 in the Street (ST2A) class. It is a beautiful example of a Tempest. The only GTO cloning is the addition of the H&H shifter. How many are left that haven't been cloned or used for parts?
I'm not 100% sure I want to part with it but thought I'd see if there was any interest as I would like to have a 98 up M6 Firehawk Formula or T/A. The right 98 and up M6 WS6 Formula or T/A would be considered as well. As you can see, I prefer the Formula first. I would also consider an 04 or 05 M6 GTO or Comp T/A, LTI Firehawk or Ram Air 6 spd. The price for the car outright would be $16,500 or B/O but would rather trade. I'm in central Indiana. Joe 317-364-6196. sshh, my wife doesn't know what I'm thinking...
I will also consider a partial trade for the right combo.
