they just have safety inspections out there. depends what part, i just remember my friends truck failed because the passenger door handle on his truck didnt work haha

I live in park city ut and we dont have to have any emission test. Just a safety. I had a 96 chevy cavalier before my duramax and the ses was glowing bright every time I had it inspected and there were no questions asked. If your moving to the salt lake area there is emission tests but most other counties don't have it here.
