Saturday
8am Dyno Day Begins
12-1 BBQ
1pm Las Vegas F-body Club arrives
Everyone not Dynoing this day Will meet for a day at the Beach in Santa Monica (no Charge, Completely optional)
8pm Dinner and Drinks @ Dave & Busters Ontario Mills Mall
Sunday
7am Meet ups for the Caravan to Ontario Mills Mall
8am Meet at Ontario Mills Mall - Rally the Troops
8:30 - Rollout to meet up with everyone else at Starting point Wildwood Park
Waterman Ave At 40th St, San Bernardino, CA, 92404
We will Be Leaving From Wildwood Park at 10am Sharp
We will forego the usual Stop (so our food does not get cold) and go to Meadow Park. From 12:30 to 2pm
2 pm we will continue the the final leg of the cruise and return to the Ontario Mills Mall for Dinner.

Monday May 26th Race Day
Track Layout is as Follows 7am Tech Inspection Opens (Bracket Racing Sign Up here)
8-9am Racing Begins TNT all Day
10am Car Show Begins, Band Starts
10:30 Bracket Racing Begins
1:30 Car Show Prep for Judging
2:00 Car Show Judging
2:30 Raffle
3:00 Car Show Awards
4:30 Bracket Racing awards
6-7pm Racing Ends
There are only 20 racing slots left, so keep an eye on the roster. Once the info hits the Speedways website they could sell out in a day.
Last day for Pre registrations is Thurs May 22
There will be a lane open for TNT during the bracket racing as well. The bracket racing should nt take up too much time as I have kept them small (16 cars each, single elimination)

Not a problem, since we lost a sponsor there is a space open. You are not by the timing tower there is a big burm separating the track and the parking lot where you will be setting up.
You will see when you get there, the doors open for sponsors to set up at 6:30 Chuck and I will be there to help coordinate and get everybody set in place.

How is the show going to work? just pull in and aprk or do we park the check in some where? I had a bad experience at the Schecvy show. no one told me to check in at the booth.
I have Chuck Felton handling the Car show portion. He is well known for organizing these things for many years. He will be at the track early and helping park the cars. I will make sure I find out how he wants to run it and let you know.
